This is a referral case from another clinic with a composite crown on a failing root on tooth 11 FDI

Huge bone defect around the apex of the root but the root decay prevents prosthetic restoration

Crown removal socket shield preparation root separation extraction and finally implant placement

Immediate composite provisional crown in place This is Neodent GM Helix implant

One Abutment One Time protocol was applied to this case as we always do at White Clinic Belgrade

As we are satisfied with the gingival zenith we refer the patient back for the final restoration

Screw retained Ceramic crown on GM exact abutment Observe the perfect implant position

The control CBCT imaging shows complete bone healing of the cystic defect

And not just the shape but the texture of the gingiva

If we had extracted then grafted the site with double layer membrane technique or similar GBR protocol we would have never achieved this result We would have had some keratinized mucosa maybe but never a real gingiva you can observe here
