1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing graftfreeimplantology.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the use of our clinical protocols, educational content, and the Graft Free Implantology brand.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
The “Graft Free Implantology” concept, the Clinical Manifest, the Modular Classification, and the Certification Hierarchy (Levels 1–3) are the exclusive intellectual property of Dr. Vladimir Malušev.
- Protection: This methodology is officially protected under filing with the Intellectual Property Office of the Republic of Serbia (ZIS).
- Restrictions: You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Graft Free protocols or training materials without express written consent. Unauthorized use of the “Graft Free Implantology” name or logo is strictly prohibited.
3. Professional Certification (Levels 1–3)
- The Standard: Certification is granted only upon successful completion of official GFI modules.
- Usage: Only “Graft Free Certified” practitioners are authorized to use the GFI brand in their clinical marketing.
- Revocation: We reserve the right to revoke certification if a practitioner fails to maintain the Unified Outcome Mandate (Aesthetics, Function, Safety, Simplicity, Reliability, and Efficiency).
4. Clinical Disclaimer
The content on this website and our YouTube/Instagram channels is for educational purposes for licensed dental professionals.
- No Guarantee: While GFI promotes Structural Optimization and risk reduction, the clinical outcome remains the sole responsibility of the operating surgeon.
- Expertise Mandate: GFI techniques are advanced and require a sophisticated grasp of anatomy. Inexperienced clinicians should not attempt these protocols without official GFI training.
5. Peer-Contributed Content
By sharing clinical cases or data for “peer-contributed refinement,” you grant Graft Free Implantology a non-exclusive license to use such data for educational purposes, while maintaining patient anonymity in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
Dr. Vladimir Malušev and the GFI platform shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the clinical application of the protocols described herein by third parties.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Belgrade.
