Edentulous upper jaw and failing dentition in the lower jaw

Profile showing no support for the lip and thus FP3 type of restoration is indicated

FP1 restoration with severe alveolar ridge atrophy would leave the upper lip unsupported

Already a proper lip support is provided but time is needed for muscle function rehabilitation

Six months later final monolithic Zirconia is fitted

Because of adequate provisional restoration final ceramic bridge on implants takes no time to fit

Teeth size shape position and colour are selected for every patient and in regard to their wishes

Finally upon fitting the Zirconia dental bridge the patient can start functioning immediately

Pasive fit is checked on radiogram
